We are Louisa and Steyn, proud owners of La Casa Belle, our sunny apartment on the edge of Mijas Golf.
After years of dreaming and searching, we found our ideal place in early 2024. A stylish, bright and comfortable apartment on the ground floor, with a nice garden with direct access to 1 of the 3 swimming pools.
La Casa Belle is a place to relax, experience, recharge and above all enjoy. From the house, the surroundings, and hopefully... of a feeling of coming home to Spain.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 21 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 21 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
