Welcome to our luxury apartment in sunny southern Spain! Located in a beautiful place, surrounded by golf courses and green hills, and yet only 3 km from the coast. Here you can enjoy peace, comfort and the Spanish sun, ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on the ground floor. You have a spacious garden with partly covered private terrace (38 m²) facing southwest, perfect for enjoying the sun in the afternoon and evening and spending long summer evenings with a good glass of wine or a delicious meal outside.
Inside it is stylish and homely furnished. The cozy living and dining room has electrically operated outdoor shutters, underfloor heating and a fireplace for the cooler months. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances, so you can cook as extensively as you would at home.
The apartment has a total of three en-suite bedrooms:
* Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one bathroom with whirlpool bath (can also be used as a shower) and one with a massage and rain shower.
* The third bedroom is located under the apartment and has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
All rooms can be cooled or heated separately, so that you can stay comfortably in every season.
Your car is safe in the private garage below. From there you can walk directly to the terrace and garden via your own stairs, which is very easy after a day at the beach or shopping!
The resort
The complex was completed in 2009 and is guarded 24 hours a day. At the central resort you will find several swimming pools with spacious sunbathing areas, beautifully landscaped tropical gardens with ponds and fountains, and attractively lit pathways that are also wheelchair friendly.
