I will stop working in 2023 and that is why I invested in an apartment in Spain.
I live with Elma in Twello (NL), we have 2 sons, Max and Tom, who both now live together and are independent.
Great personal passion is sport (worked at the CIOS in Arnhem for the past 15 years). Active: Soccer, Tennis, Mountain Biking, Skiing/Snowboarding and Golf.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
