This newly furnished apartment with private entrance, parking, large garden and private pool is located in the southern Spanish municipality of Mijas, halfway between Fuengirola and Mijas Pueblo, in a small quiet urbanization called Dona Pilar.
The 1st floor is for your own and/or family use. But unfortunately that is not often the case because we mainly still live and work in the Netherlands. So you don't have to share the pool with anyone. Only every now and then with Ann, my wife. He sometimes wants to swim some laps in the morning when we are there. I myself (Jack) am not much of a swimmer and sun worshipper 😉
The location is 15 min. from Malaga airport, 8 min. from Fuengirola beach and 5 min. from Mijas Pueblo, an authentic white mountain village nicknamed Pueblo Blanco and 20 min. from Marbella. Travel times are by car. With the scooter/motorcycle it will be a little shorter. You can also take the bus, which goes directly to Fuengirola beach or Mijas Pueblo. The stop is around the corner from us, just outside the neighborhood, a few minutes walk from our house.
Our house is located in a quiet place and has a large garden with lots of privacy and a private swimming pool. Our holiday home consists of 2 floors. The apartment is located on the ground floor right by the pool. So it is not an apartment complex but 1 apartment with its own entrance and parking for one car.
We have a beautiful view of the sea and our property is surrounded on both sides by hills and the mountains of Mijas. Every now and then you hear and see the goats grazing. With us you can enjoy a relaxing stay with comfort and you are guaranteed to relax! A perfect place for quality time with family and/or friends and as a base for varied day trips and outdoor activities, such as hitting a ball on one of the many golf courses in Mijas. For any lovers of shopping and nightlife, there is also plenty to do in Malaga, Fuengirola and Marbella.
The apartment can be rented with a maximum of 4 adults. There may be a possibility. an extra mattress can be placed for a 5th person. It has a living room, separate kitchen, outdoor terrace and a covered terrace with patio doors to the garden. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long, even in winter. In addition, it has 2 bedrooms with a Karlsson box spring bed in each room. The largest bedroom has a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, the 2nd bedroom has a smaller bathroom with toilet and washbasin. There is an air conditioning/heating unit in all rooms.
