LOVELY HOLIDAY PENTHOUSE with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large terrace, 1 large ROOF TERRACE (no neighbors above your head, wonderfully quiet and private), large / beautiful separate kitchen, cozy living room, private garage, elevator and air conditioning. Near the beautiful BEACHES/PORT of Cabo Pino! (also naturism area), 10 min by car to Marbella, 30 min by car to Málaga airport. The apartment is suitable for 5 adults and there is 1 baby bed available!

COMFORTABLE/FULLY furnished. 2 terraces for optimal outdoor feeling (1 of which is a roof terrace with sunbeds and gas BBQ), 3 beautiful SWIMMING POOLS +1 children's pool (open during the summer, you can of course also go to one of the beautiful beaches of Marbella). There is a private garage and an elevator for your comfort. There is also an air conditioner for hot and cold air. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, near Marbella, supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. Your comfortable place under the sun with NL-TV and a super fast internet connection.

Since 2019 we, Fabio and Flavio, have been renting out PENTHOUSE LOTUS in Marbella with a lot of passion and very satisfied guests. The PENTHOUSE is named after our favorite flower LOTUS and has a Dutch touch on the Costa del Sol! This makes you feel at home with us, but under the wonderful Spanish sun !! Enjoy the wonderful beaches, tapas, vino and beautiful southern Spanish culture, together with your family / friends!

MARBELLA is blessed with a micro-climate that ensures 320 days of sunshine a year. It is therefore often just a bit more pleasant than on other coasts and inland and is located about 10 minutes before MARBELLA center, coming from the direction of MALAGA airport (30 min.). To be precise: between Cabo Pino port and Urbanization Elviria. Penthouse Lotus is located in the Urbanization La Reserva de Marbella and has beautiful views to the gardens, swimming pools and Mediterranean Sea. Within walking distance (20 min.) are the beautiful, quiet beaches of the dune area Las Dunas (the Dunes), which has been declared a nature park. At the cozy harbor of Cabo Pino with div. restaurants (not to be confused with the jet-set port of Puerto Banus, which is 20 minutes past Marbella!) you will find gently sloping sandy beaches with bars and all kinds of facilities, very suitable for families, for example.
A little further back towards our penthouse you will find quiet, natural beaches in front of the dunes of the nature reserve, where naturists can also fully enjoy themselves and a part that is known to be very "gay-friendly". You will not find a bar/disco/snack bar-boulevard in the area, although you can of course easily look for it elsewhere on the coast (Torremolinos is about 20 minutes by car). But the hip visitor will also get his money's worth because at the nearby 5-star "Don Carlos" hotel in Elviria you will find the hippest beach in Marbella, NIKKI-Beach: Lounging on the beach, seeing and being seen with a cocktail within reach... In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay such as restaurants, 2 supermarkets, bus stop, pharmacy, hospital Costa del Sol, etc. The famous Senda Litoral hiking trail can be reached in 5 minutes by car. From the Penthouse you can easily reach the communal gardens and 4 spacious swimming pools, 1 of which is a children's pool. Fun for the whole family! Although you can get anywhere by bus, it is very convenient to have a car. Perfect base for tours throughout Andalusia!

Private garage plus elevator!

The penthouse can accommodate 5 people plus 1 baby and is located on the 2nd floor of the Amatista complex. There is 1 terrace, 1 roof terrace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. You can sit comfortably on the lovely veranda downstairs, where you can have a drink with a tapa or have a meal. On the ROOF TERRACE you can also sit, bbq, and or leak in the sun. Thanks to the palm trees and shrubs, you have an optimal outdoor feeling. Entering you will find the hall, the living room and the kitchen. From the benches you can watch the Dutch channels on the television. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with all built-in appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 burner ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. so every cooking enthusiast can enjoy themselves. Crockery, cutlery and everything else you need for food and drinks is amply available (vacuum cleaner also available). You can also eat inside at the sitting area if you can't or don't want to sit outside. The veranda has 2 tables for 5 people. The ROOF TERRACE has 1 large table for 6 people, 2 sunbeds, 1 parasol and 1 gas BBQ.
There is also 1 baby bed and a high chair. Finally, we would like to point out the washing machine in the master bathroom. On the sun terrace there is plenty of space to dry your clean laundry.
The entire house has light marble floors which gives a beautiful appearance. The choice of furniture and interior is modern but warm, so that everyone can feel at home here. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace! Pets on request.

The deposit will of course be refunded to you after the correct delivery minus the mandatory costs (see rates on the Micazu site). Around the corner from our penthouse are the 4 fantastic swimming pools in the beautiful garden where you can bathe. The swimming pool is closed in low season. All in all: Look no further, you've found it!

Near the Penthouse you have the port of Cabo Pino. Good restaurants and of course a few bars/chiringuitos on the beach (Andy's Beach Bar Cabo Pino among others). Restaurant Triana, Club 200 Restaurant, Simbad (these are at Playa Las Dunas near Marbesa) Restaurant Luna beach (playa Calahonda along the hiking trail Senda Litoral), Restaurant Merendero Cristina (Elviria), all good, you are on the beach and they are good and affordable (5 min by car). To walk you have to take the hiking trail Senda Litoral, beautiful!! Here you will pass all kinds of restaurants, chiringuitos and bars. Senda Litoral is 6 km long and you walk from Cabo Pino to La Cala de Mijas.
Also go to Ronda, Gibraltar (bring your passport because of the border with the UK), the white villages behind Ronda (Setenil de las Bodegas is highly recommended, just google what the best way is to the village). Marbella Center is very beautiful, the harbor is also recommended as is Puerto Banus with all the rich people who drive around with their expensive cars.
Malaga is the birthplace of Picasso (his birthplace is at Plaza de la Merced), the old town with the Cathedral and Castle is definitely worth a visit, as is the new port, beautiful! Also visit Caminito del Rey near Malaga, a nice walk there, but also El Torcal nature reserve where you can really hike.
You also have Cordoba, Granada, Seville to visit. For shopping you can go to the La Canada shopping center near Marbella, large and with beautiful shops.
