Beautiful and completely newly decorated townhouse in a TOP location! The house is within walking distance of the beach and the port of Puerto Banus, 10 minten from Marbella town and 35 minutes from Malaga airport. The house is really located in a quiet neighborhood.

The house has 2 terraces with a lovely lounge set and a nice dining table with BBQ. The beautiful garden has nice sunbeds. The sun all day on the terrace and in the garden! So that's great enjoyment! From the garden you can walk within a minute to the beautiful swimming pool where you can spend the day on the beds and umbrellas that are available there. Not to mention also enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens.
The house is located on a private urbanization where there is 24-hour security and you can easily park in front of the house. Equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Weber BBQ, Wifi, Netflix television, Dutch channels and much more to give everyone a fantastic holiday.

From the beginning of Dec. to the end of April you can even make a day trip from the house to go skiing to the Sierra Nevada. Within a radius of 5 minutes from the house are supermarkets, the most beautiful golf courses and the most wonderful beaches and beach clubs.
We also have mountain bikes available at our house to cycle to e.g. Marbella or San Pedro. Driving on the Golden Mile and enjoying all the beauty that Puerto Banus, Marbella and the rest of Andalusia has to offer!
We would like to mention that the house is not rented out for bachelor parties and youth holidays etc.

We are a cozy Brabant family with a huge love for Spain and especially the beautiful Andalusia. My husband, with his Spanish roots, and I therefore acquired this fantastic house last year. Andalusia has a wonderful climate and is a versatile part of Spain. Our holiday home offers luxury, atmosphere, privacy, modern materials, fresh colors and wonderful beds. The beautiful beaches in the area and the central location make it a wonderful holiday spot.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Dear Guest,

Additional costs per stay: One-time final cleaning Eur 300, - this includes the costs for use and cleaning of the bed linen and linen. The beds are made on arrival. Kitchen linen is provided.

The rental price therefore includes service of bed linen, towels and (tourist) tax (this is without the costs for any extra cleaning) and is based on average use of the house by 8 people. For stays with 8 to 10 people, we ask for a surcharge of 15 euros per person per night.

Cancellation Policy:
* Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded
* Cancel between 14-30 days before arrival 50% of the amount paid will be refunded
* Less than 14 days before arrival cancellation no refund of the amount paid
