Casa Find

Located on the outer edge of a beautiful complex is Casa Find, a sunny and bright duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 terraces.

The complex has 2 swimming pools, a restaurant, gym and children's club. It is also close to several beaches, supermarkets and restaurants.

Due to its central location, it is conveniently located in relation to Marbella, Fuengirola, Mijas, Benalmádena and Torremolinos. Just a 30 minute drive from Malaga airport.

You enter Casa Find via the first, semi-covered terrace. On this terrace there is a table with 4 chairs for a relaxed breakfast, lunch or dinner. The terrace offers complete privacy.
Upon entering you enter the living room, where you will find a sofa, dining table and cupboard with smart TV. In the cupboard you will find a box with games for a summer evening and a box with brochures of activities in the neighborhood. The accommodation has Samsung + TV (with apps) and a Chromecast. In addition, your own internet connection. Its use is included in the rental price.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with granite countertops. With 4 burner induction hob, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and coffee machine (Dolce Gusto). Furthermore, extra work space has been created by installing a wooden kitchen unit. There is sufficient inventory in the kitchen cabinets. Crockery (including children's crockery), glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils and pans. There is also plenty of space to store your own belongings.

There is also a bedroom on the ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200). This bed can also be separated into two single beds. Furthermore, a small wardrobe. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. In the bathroom you will find a shower, toilet and sink with furniture. You can also reach the second terrace from the kitchen. There are built-in benches on this rear terrace to enjoy the morning sun.

You reach the first floor via a staircase in the living room. Here is the master bedroom with large built-in wardrobe. The master bedroom has a king size bed (180 x 200). This king-size bed can also be separated into two single beds. There are bedside tables on either side of the bed. This master bedroom is adjacent to the 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink with furniture. Through a sliding door you reach the 3rd terrace from the master bedroom. On this terrace you actually have sun all day long. There are 2 lovely sunbeds here. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea.

There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and on the ground floor, with the option of heating. The downstairs bedroom has a ceiling fan, but this bedroom also benefits from the air conditioning on the ground floor.
There is a marble floor throughout the house. A tiled floor in the bathrooms.
Upon arrival, the beds are made and 2 towels are provided per person.

The accommodation is located on a beautiful resort where you can use all facilities. There are 2 outdoor pools, 1 deep pool up to approximately 2.10 meters and a children's pool of up to 90 centimeters, 1 indoor pool with sauna, sports room, children's club, restaurant and bar.

A day at the beach? Cabopino beach is a 20-minute walk away. Also easily accessible by car in 5 minutes. The popular Nikki Beach is less than 10 minutes by car.
There are also several golf courses in the area.

The complex has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. A supermarket with a large selection of products (Supercor).

There are several restaurants and bars at the beach and port of Cabopino, which is a 20-minute walk away. Restaurant Da Bruno is a 15-minute walk away.

A car is therefore not necessarily necessary. However, it is useful if you want to explore the area further. Although taking a taxi is also very easy and affordable and the bus stop is within walking distance.

There is plenty to do in the area for fun days out. For the golfer, there are many golf courses in the area.

Depending on the day or time of arrival, the key to the accommodation is available via a key box or will be delivered at a pre-arranged time.
