CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION BY THE CUSTOMER. Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent to us in writing, by email, fax or post and will take effect on the day we receive the request. You will be liable for the cancellation or change fees described below.

29 - 7 days before arrival = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
No refund will be made if the customer cancels before the end of his stay and voluntarily decides not to use the services associated with the trip.
