CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION BY THE CUSTOMER Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent to us in writing, by e-mail, fax or post and will take effect on the day we receive the request. You will be liable for the cancellation or modification fees described below.

More than 30 days before arrival = 10% of the booking price.
29 - 7 days before arrival = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
No refund will be made if the customer cancels before the end of their stay and voluntarily decides to stop using the services associated with the trip.
