This vacation rental in Costabella is perfect for couples or small families looking for a place with privacy and Spanish charm within walking distance of one of the best beaches in Marbella.

The property has a private west-facing garden and is built on two levels. The ground floor has a large kitchen and living room. The fireplace is the focal point of both rooms as it is accessible from both sides. There is also a small bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor is the master suite with stunning sea views.

The Costabella area is known for its high quality beaches and has all amenities within walking distance. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within a radius of 500 meters from the house.

From this holiday home, Marbella is just a five-minute drive away. Puerto Banús is about a ten to fifteen minute drive away. Malaga airport is a 30-minute drive away.

Hello, my name is Reinier.
I am your host on site and I will make sure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The reception is as personal as possible until 23:00 and we are at your disposal for any questions from tenants. The experience of the past few years has taught us that guests need to feel that they are in a safe place and that they are taken care of in case of unforeseen events during their stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment via Micazu Final Cleaning is an additional charge collected at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, the following conditions apply:
- If the cancellation is made more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, a penalty of 30% of the rental amount will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, a penalty of 100% of the rental amount will be charged.
In case of non-show (NO SHOW), the tourist loses 100% of the rental amount.
