The garden and swimming pool are maintained with a lot of love. You have a beautiful view from the swimming pool. You can walk through the garden and there are lovely corners to sit and look out over the landscape.
From all rooms and both terraces you have a beautiful view of the mountains of Monte Selwo. In the evening you can hear the lions that live in the Selwo Aventura safari park!
Attractive and cozy, wonderful to come home from a day at the beach, city or walking or cycling in nature.
The bedrooms are located directly on a sunny terrace with beautiful views. One bedroom has a double bed that can also be separated into two single beds. The other bedroom has a 2-person box spring.
The house has a fully equipped semi-open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. All basic necessities such as salt, pepper, washing-up cubes, etc. are available.
The bedrooms, both located directly on the sunny upper terrace with beautiful views, have a comfortable bed and a private bathroom.
One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Even from the bathroom you have a view of the mountains (as you can see in the other photo).
Both bedrooms open onto the upper terrace. On the upper terrace you can sunbathe on the sun beds in the morning and stargaze at night.

This is the amazing sunset. But waking up to this view just makes your day. The first thing we do every morning is open the sliding doors to the patio, make coffee and just stare at that glorious mountain.
The living room is warmly decorated with top quality furniture. There is a lounge corner sofa that can be transformed into a double bed. There is a dining table for 6 p. with comfortable chairs and a fireplace. There is also high-speed internet and a Sonos Bluetooth speaker.
The apartment has very fast WiFi so you can work remotely or watch TV on the smart TV.
There is a high chair, a cot and children's cutlery for the little ones.
When it gets cooler in the evenings in winter, it's wonderful to light the fireplace. There is a smart TV on which you can watch Netflix, Prime, Disney+, AppleTv, YouTube among other things.
Would you like to come with 6 people? This is possible because the comfortable corner band can be transformed into a bed in an instant. Sleeps very well.
The complex has a beautiful, lovingly maintained garden, a communal outdoor swimming pool and a children's pool. There are (free) sun beds and a cupboard with games for in the water or on the field. It is usually quite quiet and you can enjoy a private swimming pool.

The well-maintained garden has beautiful trees, flowers and shrubs that provide the necessary cooling.

A cot and a high chair are available for the little ones.
In this bedroom you will find two comfortable single beds that you can push together. There are handy drawers under the bed to store things.

There is a Nespresso machine and also a milk frother, especially for cappuccino lovers.
There is a Brita water filter jug in the house for clean and tasty drinking water. This saves you from carrying heavy water bottles and is better for the environment. :)

Estepona is considered part of “the golden triangle”, alongside beautiful Benahavís and glamorous Marbella. What was once a fishing village has grown into a thriving town that still retains a beautiful Andalusian feel.
Paseo Maritimo Estepona, a promenade where it is super cozy in the evening. 2-3 km long with fitness equipment for adults and play areas for children. It is wonderful to stroll, sit, people watch and shop by the sea.
A few minutes' drive will take you to the beach. Along the coastline you have several beaches where you can find cozy chiringuitos.
One of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol. The water is nice and warm and the sand is lovely. The sunsets are beautiful!
Puerto Deportivo de Estepona. The port of Estepona, with its many restaurants. Every Sunday in the pleasant harbor of Estepona there is a market that attracts many visitors, also from elsewhere on the coast.

Estepona is an ideal base for mountain and nature lovers. Nowhere will you find such high mountains so close to the sea.
Only 15 minutes drive away is this incredibly beautiful place in nature: Rio Guadalmina Benhavis. For river walks and bike rides. The village is also beautiful.
Near the house is Selwo Aventura, the safari park of Malaga. It's a good place to stay with plenty of opportunities to cool off. A day of fun for the whole family: playing and watching animals in beautiful enclosures. At night you can hear the lions from the house.
Estepona is a good base from which you can discover other beautiful places in Andalusia, such as Ronda.

This is the floor plan of a similar apartment, taken from the Spanish sales site Idealista. Because our apartment is on the ground floor, it has two additional terraces, one adjacent to each bedroom.
You can walk to the beach in four minutes on the private path.
If you go from your apartment to the beach via the public road, this is the first restaurant on the beach that you come across. It's called Los Sardinales.
Next to Los Sardinales restaurant there is access to the beach of Alicate Playa via this wide wooden bridge. This bridge will be part of a 200 kilometer long cycle path along the coast. On the left in the distance you will see Alicate Playa.
