The comfortable, tastefully furnished penthouse has a living room with sitting area,
dining area, two spacious bedrooms with 180x200 twin beds and adjoining bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and plenty of crockery and cutlery. In the utility room a MIELE washing / drying column. The entire penthouse is equipped with air conditioning and air heating.
On the terrace of 70 m2 you will find a spacious lounge seating area with a coffee table and a large dining table with 6 bucket seats. The terrace is equipped with two electric awnings that you can control yourself with a remote control. On the terrace is a private outdoor kitchen that is not intended for tenants.
Community rules prohibit having and lighting a wood fire or barbeque. The use of an electric grill plate is permitted.
Via elevator and garden you can walk in 20 meters to the swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds. The swimming pool has steps to a depth of 1.40 m and a walk-through to 1.70. The gated pool complex has its own women's and men's toilets.
The penthouse has a super fast 4G fiber optic internet connection. In the sitting area a UHD smart TV with Canal Digital, which includes well-known Dutch and Flemish channels. When you book the penthouse you will receive extensive information by e-mail, including where and at what time you will meet your host/hostess/key holder, you will receive a tour and explanation of equipment, the operation of air conditioning/heating and the automatic parking gate.
The penthouse includes 1 parking space in a closed area in front of the entrance of the building where you can reach the penthouse with your luggage by stairs or elevator.
There is a Nespresso and Senseo coffee machine. You may only fill it with bottled water. The tap water contains far too much lime. For tea you can use the kettle with water from the tap.
When you arrive and have taken the exit Sentido Elveria, you will see shops, restaurants and SUPERCOR on the right-hand side, which is open until midnight and where you can do your shopping.
They don't sell alcoholic drinks after 10pm.
