From the beautiful large private terrace, 60 m2,  with a comfortable lounge sofa and large sun bed, you have a beautiful view of a beautiful garden and the sea. You can enjoy space and tranquility. The terrace also has an outdoor kitchen with a big Green Egg.

The beautifully landscaped garden around the complex has 4 swimming pools with sun loungers and outdoor showers. Beach/swimming towels are provided. The car can be parked in the street for free. The Santa Maria golf course is located near the apartment. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as a smart TV with cable and streaming services. Wifi is suitable for video calls.

A baby cot is also available for a fee. A playground for small children is nearby and there is also a survival park within walking distance for the older children. Pets are not allowed. This property has recycling rules, more information will be provided on site.
