hello. We are Lilian and Patrick from the Netherlands. We fell in love with Málaga years ago, and we hope you will too - with a pleasant stay in our beautiful and fully renovated historic apartment.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Explanation of the prices and conditions:

GENERAL

Prices based on a maximum of 2 persons in bedroom (2 adults, or 1 adult plus 1 child from 12 years)
Minimum stay is 4 nights.
We charge a mandatory deposit of € 200.00 based on your credit card (this will be refunded within 10 days, after checking for any damage).
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
We do not accept bachelor or similar parties.

IDENTIFICATION OBLIGATION

All guests must present/scan their passport or EU ID card before/on arrival (local police must be legally informed of the details of all guests within 24 hours of arrival).

PAYMENT TERMS

The deposit of the reservation is 25% of the total travel price (within 5 days after acceptance of booking).
The remaining payment must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival (so pay everything immediately if booked 4 weeks or less before the arrival date).

BOOKING CONDITIONS

After confirmation by us regarding the chosen dates, the reservation can be processed.
After receipt of the deposit, the reservation is final. You will receive a confirmation of each payment.

We will send you a link to online payment options (credit card, IDEAL, etc.)
Payment by bank transfer not possible

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
You will get our local contact number and other important information in advance.

Check-out: 11.00

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
You pay the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 14 days of arrival.
If you do not show up, you will pay the total price of the reservation.
