Apartment El Patio is a newly renovated, spacious, modern and quiet apartment with living room, open kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas.

The property features an attractive, green, private courtyard of 5x5 meters, a unique feature that ensures a comfortable stay.

El Patio has 1 bedroom, with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, with the possibility to be merged into 1 king-size bed (+ topper) and 1 separate bathroom.

The apartment is child-friendly, partly due to the enclosed courtyard and furnishings. Baby bed, travel cot, baby bath, changing mat, high chair and other accessories available.

Air conditioning/heating in all areas. Workspace with free Wi-Fi, games, books and hotel safe. Incl. Bathrobes, slippers, towel set, linen and basic toilet and kitchen items.

Apartment El Patio has a central location with major attractions and hotspots within walking distance.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

GENERAL

Prices based on a maximum of 4 people.
Minimum stay is 2 nights.
We charge a mandatory deposit of € 300.00 based on your credit card (this will be refunded within 10 days, after checking for any damage).
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
We do not accept bachelor or similar parties.

IDENTIFICATION OBLIGATION

All guests must show/scan their passport or EU ID card before/upon arrival.

PAYMENT TERMS

The deposit of the reservation is 25% of the total travel price (within 5 days after acceptance of booking).
The remaining payment must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival (so pay everything immediately if booked 4 weeks or less before the arrival date).

BOOKING CONDITIONS

After confirmation by us regarding the chosen dates, the reservation can be processed.
After receipt of the deposit, the reservation is final. You will receive a confirmation of each payment.

PAYMENT

You will receive a payment link from Micazu with online payment options (credit card, IDEAL, etc.)

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You will get our local contact number and other important information in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
You pay the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 14 days of arrival.
If you do not show up, you will pay the total price of the reservation.

10% discount for a stay of min. 7 nights.

Ap. El Patio with courtyard is suitable for a family, couple or alone. Not suitable for young people or groups, due to noise pollution. Silence is respected by residents of the building.

El Patio is centrally located, on the edge of the historic center. All major attractions and nightlife are between 5 and 15 min. walking distance. Public transport such as buses, metro and train station within walking distance. Taxi stand is 3 min. run. Public parking garage in the same street.
