Modern city apartment in a prime location in Málaga
From December 2025 we will offer this fine city apartment, new under our management, to our guests. The apartment is located right in the historic center of Málaga, close to the square where Picasso's birthplace is located. You step out the door and are a few minutes away from the cozy Plaza de la Merced square, surrounded by cozy terraces, restaurants and the bustling city life.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and features: Two comfortable bedrooms with a modern bathroom and spacious kitchen.
For the apartment, the square is currently being renovated by the Municipality of Málaga. As a result, there is construction work during the day and also construction noise. This work will take place in the street and the neighborhood as well, so the environment looks a bit messy. This work is temporary. After completion of the construction work, a beautifully renovated city square is literally on the doorstep.
This apartment is ideal for guests who really want to experience Málaga and have no problem with temporary work taking place in the neighborhood.
