The apartment is located on the first floor of a small-scale quiet apartment complex overlooking the golf course. Equipped with 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, closed private parking space with large storage room and indoor elevator.

In the apartment you lack nothing: A 55 inch TV with Dutch channels, WiFi, air conditioning (hot and cold) and complete luxury furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances, such as washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.

The enclosed area is secured. There are 2 swimming pools, padel courts, sunbathing area and children's playground. The apartment is non-smoking and suitable for children from 6 years old.

At 12 minutes walking distance you will find the beach close to the center with its many restaurants and shops. In short, everything you need for a successful holiday!

We are Kees and Leidy Doeland and we manage the apartment for our daughter Esther, who has entrusted us with the management of the apartment due to her busy work. We love the rich culture of Andalusia, such as the Flamenco dance and the fiesta's. We enjoy the friendly locals with their tapas, jamon, paella and sherry! We also like to visit the rustic white villages,
the cities and beautiful nature reserves. You can play golf here and take long beach walks.

The beautiful sandy beach of la Cala Mijas is very well maintained. You can enjoy swimming and various water sports. There are sunbeds and umbrellas for rent and there are several beach bars and restaurants. Via the Coastal Foothpath, a long footpath (consisting of decking) you walk along the sea towards Marbella. Along the way enjoying the view over the sea and relaxing in one of the beach restaurants.

Costa del Sol literally means: “Coast of the Sun” and owes this name to the many hours of sunshine. The Mediterranean climate with its mild winters ensures that you can enjoy a golf holiday all year round. Because of the many golf courses in this area, in which La Cala de Mijas is centrally located, this region is also called the Costa del Golf.

This authentic white village is more than worth a visit. The white parish church, the old bullfighting arena, the beautiful vistas, narrow streets, squares, special shops, donkey taxis and restaurants guarantee a wonderful day.

The famous city that is divided in two by a gorge tens of meters deep. The two districts are connected by three bridges, the view over the gorge is spectacular. Descend the hiking trail into the gorge for a beautiful view of the Puente Nuevo, the ancient "new bridge". A visit to one of the best-preserved Arab baths in Spain is also well worth the effort.

A scenic drive through the mountains will lead you to this pretty mountain village at 688 meters above sea level. Enjoy the beautiful views and a delicious tapas dish in one of the local restaurants. Do not miss a visit to the ruins of the castle, which was built by the Romans. Take a look in the shop with local products, very nice handmade items and a variety of organic products including a large assortment of olive oil.

Located at 435 meters above sea level, Casares is one of the most beautiful white villages in Andalusia. From the ruins of the Moorish Castle from the distant past. you can enjoy the beautiful view of the peaks of the Sierra Berejavan de Rio The well-maintained cemetery with the white graves above ground is very impressive and definitely worth a visit

Originally a small fishing village, now a modern city, where the old town with the white houses and narrow streets have been preserved. The remains of the Moorish city walls surround the ruins of a Moorish castle Capilla San Juan de Dios. The 7.5 km long boulevard stretches from the historic center of Marbella to the fashionable Puerto Banús In the center you can relax on Plaza de los Naranjos where the many terraces are surrounded by orange trees

The city of Picasso, the city with a maze of streets that has everything to offer, culture, shops, the Paseo del Parque, the park full of tropical trees, the long boulevard, the many restaurants and the covered market hall with the beautiful glass stained windows.

The famous Alhambra, the beautiful medieval palace and fortress from the former Nasrid Empire, the Moorish rulers of the Kingdom of Granada. Albaicín is the historic center of Granada. Here you will find many tapas bars, small streets, squares and cathedrals. From the Mirador de San Nicolás on the square with the Iglesia San Nicolas, you have a beautiful view of the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada.

A day goes by in no time with a visit to Estepona. Stroll through the old center with its special murals, narrow streets and white houses with colorful flower pots on the walls or take a walk along the lively boulevard to the marina where you can book a boat trip and relax on one of the terraces along the port.
