Our renovated luxury corner apartment is located directly on the promenade in Fuengirola, southern Spain Costa del Sol. A well-kept, spacious and lovely, light and cozy house for 4 people with a large terrace (24m2) on the 1st floor (incl. elevator). Sun almost all day until late afternoon. The apartment complex is called Doña Sofia Bloque 1.
View of beautiful, quiet green courtyard garden with palms and the sea. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been completely renovated. There is free wifi and there is a digital TV with many channels.
We are often and gladly there ourselves and will ensure that your stay lacks nothing! Upon entering there is water and soft drinks to welcome you. We also have linen and (beach) towels for you. We are happy to rent it out for a longer period of time and then charge a reduced price.

- 30 meters from the promenade and the beach.
- The well-known beach bars Ponderosa and Gali Gali are diagonally across the street from the apartment.
- 100 meters from restaurants and shops along the boulevard – but in our courtyard it is quiet.
- 200 meters from the supermarket Mascom.
- 350 meters to the largest shopping center of the Costa del Sol, Miramar with the supermarket Carrefour.
- A nice 15 minute walk from the port of Fuengirola and also the city center.
- Free parking in front of the door
- 15 minutes drive from the golf courses, Mijas
- 20 minutes drive from Malaga and Marbella

We would like to get acquainted before we rent the apartment to you. We invite you to come and get the keys and a cup of coffee from us in Almere Buiten. We will then give you some extra information about the apartment and the area. We also ask you to bring your ID. We can also make an online image call appointment and then send the key to you. The time and date for this can easily be agreed upon in consultation.
