We, Ronald and Marloes, have since a few years these beautiful apartments in Marbella and Estepona. We have opted for Lomas de Los Monteros in Marbella, because it is quiet and for the beautiful view, but you are quickly on the beach, in Marbella center or for example in the hinterland. And for Puerto Alto in Estepona we have chosen the beautiful spot near the port of Estepona 100 meters away. It is always enjoying in the Costa del Sol.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If you want to rent for a longer period of time, you will receive a discount on the rental price. Also during rental November to April action rent 4 weeks and pay 3 weeks

Cancellation costs: If cancelled up to 6 weeks before arrival, the

cancellation fee 30%. Then 90% if cancelled up to 30 days before

arrival date and 100% shorter than 30 days (the tenant can make a request for this

cancellation insurance).

It's a new one bedroom apartment with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds), all complete with bedding, There are 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) complete with towels. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room with dining area has TV, Dutch satellite TV, air conditioning and heating (equipped with all comfort). There is a terrace. It is a quiet urbanization within walking distance of the harbor, the beach and old town.

Puerto Alto is a new complex located above the port of Estepona. The Flats are spacious and with plenty of daylight. There are 2 large swimming pools set in beautiful gardens. The park is fully fenced.
At 100 m walk from the harbor, 500 meters from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the village center.
To the west we have the Playa del Cristo on the east side of Playa de la Rada, two beautiful beaches with many years the European blue flag.
You can enjoy the unique sea views, in and out of sports boating and fishing boats, Gibraltar (20 minutes in the car) and the coast of Morocco.
It is 15 minutes to Puerto Banus, 20 minutes to Marbella and has easy access to the many golf courses in the area.
