You will enjoy it here! Whether you like sun, sea, Spanish culture or nature, after a nice beach day or evening out, you can relax in our comfortable penthouse located in the green hills of Estepona, 5 minutes from the beach.

Our house is fully equipped and suitable for couples and families. It is ideal for 'snowbirds' and 'digital nomads'. The two terraces have breathtaking views and are accessible from all rooms. Wonderful to enjoy the morning and evening sun. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool.

Our two-storey penthouse, suitable for 4 to 6 people, is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the province of Malaga: Estepona, next to bustling Marbella.

The house has panoramic sea and mountain views and consists of a spacious living and dining room with semi-open kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms and two terraces.

The master bedroom has a comfortable box spring. From the bedroom you walk through the walk-in closet to the en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and two sinks. We provide towels and beach towels.

The other bedroom also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed that can sleep another two guests.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning that can provide both good cooling and nice warmth. It also has a fireplace.

The house has a fully equipped semi-open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and combined fridge/freezer. We provide delicious coffee and all the basic necessities such as salt, pepper, washing-up cubes, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. There is a washing machine in a separate laundry room.

There is a breakfast/(work) area in the kitchen. You can have breakfast or work together at the high table with stools.

Living room
The living room is cozy and furnished with care. There is a comfortable lounge corner sofa that houses a double bed. In the winter months you can enjoy the fireplace. There is a dining table for 6 people with comfortable chairs.

There is high-speed internet, useful for working or watching Netflix. You can watch television on the smart TV and listen to music via the Sonos speaker.

There is a terrace on both the first and second floors. The lower terrace has a comfortable lounge seating area, a dining table for 6 people and a hanging chair in which you can relax. When we are there ourselves, you will always find us on the terrace: eating, having drinks, reading, relaxing and enjoying the great view of the mountains.

You can reach the upper terrace from the bedrooms on the first floor. There are two sun loungers. It is a wonderful place for sunbathing or stargazing at night.

The complex is secured and located in a green area. It has a well-maintained garden, a communal outdoor pool and a children's pool open all year round. There are (free) sun beds and a cupboard with games for in the water or on the field. Because it is often quiet in the pool, it feels like a private pool. You have a beautiful view from the swimming pool.

The garden and swimming pool are well maintained. In the garden there are several beautiful corners to sit and look out over the landscape.

The complex has an underground parking garage. Our penthouse has 2 private parking spaces. From the parking lot you step directly into the elevator and when you reach the top you are almost directly in front of the entrance to our apartment. Easy and very nice when you come home tired from shopping or after a day at the beach.

Our house in Estepona is located on the Costa del Sol in the province of Malaga, one of the most beautiful areas of Spain. It is located in the middle of the Golden Triangle, a short distance from beaches, golf courses, attractions, shops, restaurants and nightclubs. Within a 5-minute drive you are on the beach and within fifteen minutes in the center of authentic Estepona or bustling Marbella.

Malaga Airport (AGP) is 50 minutes away by car.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Welcome! Super nice that our holiday home in Estepona-Malaga will soon be your holiday destination! 

About 1 week prior to your holiday you will receive a code with which you can access the house and a manual in which we dot the i's and cross the t's, for example about the Wifi, check-in, tutorials, useful telephone numbers and addresses, etc.

The rates include Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and beach towels and use of the washing machine and electricity consumption. 

Electricity
In Spain, electricity is expensive. The average electricity consumption for 2 to 4 people during the summer months is around €3.50 - €5.00 per day.This calculation is based on the use of the air conditioners during the day and night and the normal use of electrical appliances. Guests can use up to a maximum of €50 per week of electricity free of charge. The electricity meter will be checked and if there is excessive use of electricity, the additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel the booking for any reason, we kindly ask you to always confirm this to us by e-mail, even if this has already been communicated by telephone, for example. Depending on the time of cancellation, the following amounts will be charged:
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
If you decide on the start date or during the rental period not to use the rented property (anymore), the full rent remains due.

Additional information

Estepona is different from other cities on the Costa del Sol: less mass tourism and with an authentic picturesque old town. It has a local Spanish feel to it. A visit to the Centro Historico gives you the feeling of a typical Andalusian city. It's easy to spend a few hours exploring the winding alleys with its charming whitewashed houses. The locals proudly clean their streets, which are largely car-free and cheerfully decorated with geraniums. There is plenty to do and experience in the center of Estepona. There is a pleasant bustle without being very touristy. Beautiful streets, several squares, an abundance of flowers, impressive murals: you will come across all this during a walk through the city. The promenade is full of beach bars, boats with espetos (sardines) on the sand and restaurants where you can taste the typical gastronomy of the region.
Estepona is known for its beaches, which stretch along its 21 km of coastline, such as La Rada Beach and Playa del Cristo. Playa del Cristo is a beautiful beach that, sheltered from the wind, is ideal at any time of the year. It has been awarded the "Q" of Quality. It offers an ideal environment for children, with crystal clear waters, which are almost never cold due to the natural barrier. The water here is always a few degrees warmer than that of the sea along the boulevard. Trees provide shelter and shade in hot weather, especially on the terraces of the chiringuitos, for a relaxing day. Due to these exceptional properties, there is a very high occupancy rate during the weekend. In addition, the marina and fishing are just 500 meters away, offering a very wide range of leisure activities.
Very well maintained and long pedestrian promenade with many statues, gardens, toys and chiringuito's. All beaches very well maintained and everything very pleasant to stay there. In the evenings it is pleasantly busy with stalls and a fair and playgrounds for the children.
Around the Guadalmina river, located in the picturesque town of Benhavis, it is beautiful walking, cycling. It really is an overwhelmingly beautiful environment. You can visit the river and paddle or swim, but if you are a bit more adventurous you can also do canyoning. This can be done on your own or with an organized excursion. Enjoy jumps, rappelling and sliding over natural obstacles, surrounded by fantastic landscapes and nature.

Clean, well equipped kitchen and beautiful views. Cars are given in these parts of Spain, which can be parked in the garage indoors.
I can imagine this place is also suitable for longer stays. The host was brilliant and very hospitable! Definitely recommended if you go to the south of Spain and want a solid base.

We spent a whole month in these apartments and really enjoyed our stay. They are well equipped for both home and home work, with kitchen appliances and high-speed internet. The location is quiet and secluded and offers beautiful views of the green hills. We enjoyed beautiful views during sunrises and sunsets. By car it is easy to reach the beach and the town of Estepona, where you will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a fantastic promenade. Communication with the landlord was excellent; Manon was very attentive and responsive to our requests. I highly recommend these apartments.

Pleasantly furnished and well-equipped apartment. View from the terrace is a highlight. The place is a good base for exploring the area (Marbella, Estepona, Selwo Aventura etc.). Either way, you definitely need a car. We were there as a family with a 7 year old child and really enjoyed our stay.
