Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone communication of this must be confirmed in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement less than 45 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental price remains due. The amount already paid will be refunded if cancellation occurs > 45 days before the start of the rental period.
