The luxurious penthouse is beautifully situated 200m from the Alcazaba Lagoon, restaurants and gym. You can really relax at this exclusive residence: you can recharge your batteries under the Spanish sun. The park is beautifully landscaped with beautiful gardens and several swimming pools and the manager often greets us with “Welcome to Paradise!”
From the spacious terrace of 137m² (!) you can look out over the Mediterranean Sea and the lagoon, which you can use free of charge as a guest. There is a tropical white sandy beach around it with a playground for the children and there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols. In addition to swimming, you can also go pedal boating, canoeing and SUPing on the lagoon for free. There is even a sauna and several hot tubs. There is a special entrance to the private beach for owners and tenants. There are 2 beautiful restaurants at the Lagoon where you can have a delicious lunch or dinner. If you like peace and quiet but are only 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle by car, Casa Cresta is definitely for you! No high-rise apartments, but attractive apartments in beautiful surroundings.
The perfect hang-out can be created throughout the penthouse: from sunrise to sunset you can sit in the sun or in the shade. There are 4 sunbeds, 4 extra outdoor chairs, an outdoor table with 6 chairs and a lounge set at the rear to enjoy the sunset.
The penthouse has 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with fitted wardrobes and separate luxurious bathroom. The double beds in both bedrooms can be split and made separately on request. In addition, two extra folding beds and/or a baby cot can be placed. The house naturally has WiFi and air conditioning, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer. There is also a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, ironing board and iron available.
The private parking spaces that you can use free of charge are located in the underground parking garage of the complex. Here you can also park your golf buggy and the house can be reached via a lift from the parking basement.
Within a 15-minute drive from Casa Cresta you will find a Mercadona and a Carrefour, several golf courses and charming Estepona. The coastal town of Marbella (35 minutes) and international airports Malaga (60 minutes) and Gibraltar (45 minutes) are also easily accessible via the AP7 toll road or A7 motorway.
