Villa Las Palomeras is in an excellent location and has a swimming pool that can be heated. The villa is located on a country lane, but not far from the Andalusian village of Comares (5 minutes by car). (The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all with toilet and shower), a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, hob, oven, microwave and all cooking utensils.

The cozy living room has a pellet stove and a fireplace for the cold winter evenings, and the large sliding doors give access to the terrace.
The apartment has free WIFI, a smart TV with netflix and Amazon and a stereo. All rooms have air conditioning. There is ample parking for several cars. Air conditioning is available at an additional cost.


Outside you can enjoy many large terraces, all with beautiful views and some are shaded so you can also eat outside. You have garden furniture and sunbeds at your disposal. There is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ.

Imagine how wonderful it is to cook outside, then enjoy an aperitif by the pool and enjoy an outdoor dinner with friends or family in the evening. Remember that this part of southern Spain has the best climate in all of Europe.
Villa Las Palomeras gives you the truly relaxing holiday feeling with beautiful views. The heated swimming pool is available from April 1st to November 15th.

After consultation, 1 pet can be allowed.

Please keep in mind that the target group of our villas are families and friends who want to spend a wonderful and pleasant holiday together and that they are therefore not suitable for noisy party holidays. The interior and the quiet environment do not lend themselves to this.

The beautiful white village of Comares has been named 'Pueblo Magico d'España' and is often called 'The Pearl of the Axarquia'. There are cozy restaurants and bars, a supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in a wood oven!), banks, a pharmacy and ATM. Follow the ceramic footsteps and discover the Moorish past in the narrow alleys of Comares.
The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, mountain bike or just enjoy the scenery. relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. You can go to Comares by car (5 minutes) or by taking a lovely walk of an hour.

The multi-award-winning beach of Torre del Mar is about a 40-minute drive from the house. You will find many nice 'chiringuitos' (beach restaurants) where you can enjoy crackling fresh fish brought in directly from the nearby fishing port of Caleta de Velez.                                          
Velez Malaga, which is located next to Torre del Mar, has a large commercial center and you will find a wide range of shops and supermarkets.                                       
The beautiful Lake Viñuela is about a 40-minute drive from the house. You can walk around the lake and have a nice meal in one of the surrounding restaurants                                                           


Villa Las Palomeras is also perfectly located to visit other parts of Andalusia. Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita) or the world-famous Caminito del Rey are all easy to visit on a day trip.

Air conditioning costs: €30 per week are included in your rate, after which you pay for what you use. The average cost is €1 for 1 hour, depending on the temperature setting. Please note that air conditioning is only available in all rooms.
