The villa can comfortably accommodate up to six guests and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The bright, spacious living room with fireplace is a wonderful place to relax together and is equipped with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Adjacent you will find the open kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave and a spacious fridge-freezer. The cosy dining area invites you to long, leisurely meals.
For extra comfort, the entire house is equipped with central air conditioning (pay as you use). Mosquito nets and shutters on all windows ensure a pleasant indoor climate, even on warmer days.
Outside you can enjoy complete privacy. The private swimming pool (open from 1 April to 31 October) is invitingly set in the sun, while the covered terrace with barbecue and mood lighting is perfect for long summer evenings. The enclosed garden makes La Pendolera very suitable for families with children and for guests who want to bring their pet. Parking is safe at the house.
The villa is located in the pleasant microclimate of La Alquería and overlooks a beautiful, natural landscape. The area is ideal for hikers, nature lovers and peace seekers, with beautiful hiking trails right nearby. In Comares you will find two small supermarkets, a pharmacy, an artisan bakery and cozy restaurants where you can eat delicious and affordable food.
The location is also ideal for excursions. Cities and sights such as Málaga, Granada, Córdoba, Ronda and the Caminito del Rey are easily accessible. The beaches of Torre del Mar and the shopping area of Vélez-Málaga are about a thirty minute drive away.
