SUPERB VILLA-HEATED POOL-BBQ-WIFI-AIRCON-PET FRIENDLY 

Villa El Torcal 3 is a beautiful villa for 8 people with a private pool that can be heated. The villa is just a few minutes walk from 2 restaurants and a 5 minute drive from the beautiful Andalusian village of Comares. A typical white mountain village that was declared 'Pueblo magico d'España', where you can experience real Andalusian life. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private terrace, a great place to enjoy breakfast surrounded by breathtaking views. There is a cozy living room with pellet stove. The patio doors open onto the beautiful garden with swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, micro oven and all utensils. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine.
There is FREE WIFI, TV and stereo.

There is air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms and in the living room on a 'pay as you use' basis. You can park several cars at the house. The swimming pool (8x3) can be heated upon request and at an extra cost. It is surrounded by beautiful terraces and colorful gardens. There is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and enough space to eat outside with your group on one of the beautiful terraces. This part of southern Spain has the best climate in all of Europe and winters are mild, which is why so many guests spend the colder months in this area.

The house is ideal if you want to bring your pet because it is completely fenced, but keep in mind that a pet can only be accepted after consultation.

Please keep in mind that the target group of our villas are families and friends who want to spend a wonderful and pleasant holiday together and that they are therefore not suitable for noisy party holidays. The interior and the quiet environment do not lend themselves to this.

Los Ventorros is a cozy hamlet that belongs to Comares. There are 2 excellent bars/restaurants within walking distance of the house. A 5-minute drive will take you to Comares. The beautiful white village of Comares has been named 'Pueblo Magico d'España' and is often called 'The Pearl of the Axarquia'. There are cozy restaurants and bars, a supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in a wood oven!), banks, a pharmacy and ATM. A doctor is present every morning. Just outside the village you can enjoy the via ferratas of the largest Tirolina in Spain. The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, mountain bike or just enjoy the scenery. relax and enjoy the view. You can go to Comares by car or by means of a lovely walk with breathtaking views. The multi-award-winning beach of Torre del Mar is about a 40-minute drive from the house. You will find many nice 'chiringuitos' (beach restaurants) where you can enjoy crackling fresh fish that comes straight from the nearby fishing port of Caleta de Velez. Velez Malaga, which is located next to Torre del Mar, has a large commercial center and you will find a wide range of supermarkets. The beautiful Lake Viñuela is about a 40-minute drive from the house. Nerja, tourist center of the Costa del Sol, with its famous caves and the well-known Balcon d' Europa, is about 50 minutes drive from the house.
Málaga, pearl of gastronomy and culture, is only an hour's drive away. Visit one of the many museums, a real Flamenco show or 'shop till you drop' in the famous Calle Larios. Málaga really does have something for everyone and every visitor will instantly fall in love with this pleasant, cozy and beautiful city. Villa El Torcal 3 is also perfectly located to visit other parts of Andalusia. Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita) or the world-famous Caminito del Rey are all easy to visit on a day trip.

The heated swimming pool is available from April 1st to November 15th.
Air conditioning costs: 30 euros per week are included in your rate, after which you pay for what you use. The average cost is €1 for 1 hour, depending on the temperature setting. Please note that air conditioning is only available in all rooms.
