Since July 1, 2023, our Andalusian paradise has been available for rent and we welcome our guests on a weekly basis or to spend the winter for a longer period of time at attractive prices. (see explanation of the prices)

Casa Los Tres Gatos is located in Comares, one of the most beautiful white mountain villages on the Costa del Sol.

Our Casa is a spacious and detached holiday home, south facing with a lovely large terrace and private swimming pool. By car you can park via a private driveway on site. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with sitting area and dining area, wood stove and smart TV. In the separate fully equipped kitchen you are served by a large refrigerator, a gas stove with oven, microwave, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. In addition, on the ground floor there is a bathroom with toilet and bath. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, an intermediate room and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

The terrace and garden offer you both sunny and shady spots at any time of the day. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea as well as the mountains, you can spot birds and marvel at the beautiful nature. In addition, a sunset from our "cocktail bench" in the pool is one of the daily possibilities...

Staying at Casa Los Tres Gatos offers you a wide range of holiday pleasures: from doing nothing in and next to your pool, the tranquility of the hinterland to more active relaxation on the hiking trails and via ferratas, cycling and e-biking in a unique setting, or rather the challenge on the largest ZIP line in Spain?

Don't feel like cooking or fancy a delicious tapa and tinto de verano on a terrace near your holiday home? Don't worry. Within walking distance (5 min.) you will find 2 bars-restaurants with a local or international touch.

The region of Comares, the Axarquia, is still quite unspoilt but at the same time very surprising with a great diversity in terms of nature, culture, sportsmanship and gastronomy.

The foothills of the Sierra Nevada, the nearby Costa del Sol, the very mild climate and the very hospitable locals have already stolen many hearts....

For those who want to alternate peace and mountains with sea and beach, you can reach the beach in just 40 minutes. in Torre Del Mar, a quiet and family seaside resort with a kilometre-long promenade and extensive beaches. The perfect beach location for walking, jogging, cycling, rollerblading, boat trips from the marina, ...

Of course, a delicious charcoal-roasted calamar or sardines skewer should not be missing in one of the cozy beach chiringuitos (eateries).

In addition, the Andalusian and Moorish culture is within everyone's reach and there are plenty of possibilities: Malaga, Ronda, Granada, Cordoba, Seville,... Each and every one worth discovering to take back to the tranquility of Casa Los Tres Gatos and ... then also to the "North"!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental price includes:
  • Linen and towels
  • Gas and water consumption
  • Wi-Fi
  • Maintenance of the swimming pool and garden
Rent does not include:
  • cleaning; Mandatory per stay at € 75,- to be paid on arrival.
  • electricity consumption; settlement takes place on the basis of € 0.40 /kWh. Take into account a minimum of € 65 per week for a couple.
  • Firewood based on consumption of € 75 per m3.
These costs will be paid in cash before departure.

Hibernate:
Thanks to its micro-climate northeast of Malaga, you can enjoy pleasant mid-seasons and very mild winters in our Axarquia region. Our sun-drenched terrace from sunrise to sunset with shade and wind-sheltered corners, makes Casa Los Tres Gatos the ideal place for winter visitors. Prices for wintering per 4 weeks on request and include electricity consumption (€0.40/kwh) -- gas consumption (€25) -- firewood (€75/m³)

Cancellation Policy:
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: no fee due
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Both pets and smoking are not allowed in the holiday home.
