Built to traditional Andalusian design with arches and pillars for the covered terraces as a cool shelter in the hot summers and with great attention to the furnishings and decoration. The property is southwest oriented and is in an elevated position with spectacular views over the lower villas and Golf Torrequebrada to the Mediterranean Sea. On clear days, the African Rif Mountains rise on the horizon. All clients and visitors say that this villa offers the best views of the entire urbanisation.

Benalmádena-Costa has many wide sandy beaches and clear waters, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Benalmádena is surrounded by the Sierra de Mijas mountains and is therefore also a great base for sporty walking and cycling routes in the area. Puerto Marina, Benalmádena's award-winning marina offers many water sports opportunities, excursions, good shopping, cafes and restaurants, while the nearby authentic villages of Benalmádena-Pueblo and Mijas-Pueblo or the beautiful and bustling city of Málaga are an ideal destination for a day away from the beach.

Villa Croonenborgh is built against the slope of the hill. The ground floor consists of a 6 meter high entrance hall and spacious living room with direct access to a large covered terrace through sliding glass doors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped. On the same floor there is a guest toilet and two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom suite with an open dressing room, private bathroom and private terrace. Depending on the weather conditions, the pool water is then around 25 degrees Celsius. Pool heating and hot tub included only from October through May; not operational during the hot summer months of June-September.

Benalmádena-Costa has a beautiful harbor with shops, cafes and restaurants, many wide sandy beaches with beach bars and gently sloping waters, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The villa is situated at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas Mountains and is therefore a perfect starting point for hiking and cycling in the area. There are over 40 beautiful golf courses in the area. The cities of Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and Antequera are reachable within a few hours and the Sierra Nevada ski resort is only 125 km away. This makes it a resort suitable for the whole year.

Málaga Airport and the city are accessible. Within 20 minutes The infrastructure is good. The highway runs just 3 km from the house and there is a good train and bus connections between Fuengirola and Malaga. Marbella and the fashionable harbor Puerto Banús are only 50 km away.

The Sea Life Centres of Benalmádena are many marine animals including dolphin shows, Parque La Paloma is beautifully landscaped with ponds, cactus gardens, playgrounds and a petting zoo. Take a stroll along the shops and yachts in Puerto Marina or stroll the miles wanderboulebards Playa Santa Ana with many bars and restaurants. You can also try your luck at Casino Torrequebrada. Opposite the Cable Car is Tivoli World, a theme park. Another attraction is the Castillo Colomares and authentic white village of Benalmádena Pueblo. The restaurants in Benalmadena are many and varied, the typical menu of the region consists of fish and rice and delicious Spanish tapas.

The old center of Malaga is worth visiting. It is a modern, bustling port city with a long history. Malaga has a Roman amphitheater, 9th century Moorish fortress, 11th century Moorish palace, 16th century cathedral and the Gibralfaro castle gardens on top of the hill.
For absolute peace and beauty go to the botanical gardens "La Concepción". Wine tasting in the Museo del Vino Malaga. Delicious tapas eat in the hotspot of famous Spanish Bodega El Pimpi, where Antonio Banderas also child at home when he visits his hometown. Major highlight is the Picasso Museum. The painter and artist Pablo Ruiz Picasso is the pride of Malaga.

In mid-August the festival Feria de Málaga place: the most colorful and most important festival of the province of Malaga with a lot of dancing and music in the streets of downtown. The festival commemorates the capture of the city by the Reyes Catolicos, Isabella I of Castile and Ferdinand II of Aragon, on August 18, 1487. Festivities are divided into two areas. The most important is the Real de la Feria in the district of Cortijo de Torres, where every night the Feria de la noche is held.
