Layout of the apartment.
The apartment consists of a spacious and cozy living room, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), a bathroom, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a large covered terrace / balcony. The terrace overlooks the town of Benalmádena and much of the Mediterranean Sea.
Arrangement.
The apartment is fully furnished. The master bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, all beds have bedside tables.
In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances: induction hob, extractor hood, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, Dolce-Gusto, kettle and toaster.
In the entire apartment you have access to fast wifi. The smart TV has a total of 260 international radio and TV channels.
There is plenty of furniture on the terrace: you can not only lounge there, but also eat. In the meantime, you can enjoy the magnificent view.
In the terraced garden on the ground floor you can use the swimming pool during the warm months.
Bed linen and towels are available in the apartment.
Centrally located!
Due to the central location of the apartment, you can easily reach cities such as Malaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas and Marbella by private and public transport. For longer day trips, cities such as Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibraltar are also easily accessible. The beach of Benalmádena is 5 minutes by car from the apartment. There are 2 golf courses in the immediate vicinity (Golf Benalmádena and Golf Torrequebrada), in addition you will find many other golf courses less than fifteen minutes from the apartment. (Costa del Sol is also known as Costa del Golfe!)
