After a 20-minute walk you are on the promenade of Playa Bil Bil (which is described as one of the most beautiful beaches in Benalmadena).
Arroyo de la Miel Train Station is a 10-minute walk away.
The centre of Arroyo de la Miel with shops and many international restaurants is a 15-minute walk away.
The apartment has its own parking space in the indoor garage and there is ample parking in the immediate vicinity.
In Benalmadena and the surrounding area there is a well-functioning public transport system and there are taxis everywhere so you don't need a car.

In the spacious living room, with access to the sunny balcony, you will find a large dining table with 5 chairs, a sofa (3 seater), saloon table and SMART TV with international channels including English, German, French and Spanish.
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are also located on the 1stlevel. The master bedroom (with air conditioning) has a bed of 150x200 cm and private access to the spacious, sunny balcony. In the second bedroom (fan) there are two single beds (90x190 cm). Second bedroom has a beautiful view of the mountains. There are fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and other small kitchen appliances.
The bathrooms are fitted with a bath or shower and toilets.
The apartment is equipped with manual shutters, air conditioning (in the master bedroom and living room) and free Wi-Fi internet (fiber).
Level 2:
Beautiful spacious relax room with sofa, storage space for cleaning supplies and the laundry room with washing machine. Also an access to a large, sunny upstairs terrace with sunbeds and lots of privacy.
(Bath) towels and bed linen are of course provided and included in the rental price (1 set of linen and 2 towels per person). The beds are made on arrival and the apartment is fully prepared to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible.
