Spacious two-bedroom apartment in the heart of the New Golden Mile, 10 km from Marbella and Estepona.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious sun terrace next to the swimming pool and overlooking a large exotic garden.

The apartment is equipped with all important amenities, also for those who want to telework in peace and quiet and enjoy the Spanish sun at the same time.

There is also a free parking space in the parking garage. Electricity and water are included in the price (except for excessive consumption, a surcharge will be deducted from the deposit).

For those who wish long-term rental, please contact me so that I can create a package: minimum booking time is 4 weeks, prices exclude electricity and water (will be settled via the deposit of 80 euros/booked week with a minimum of 4 weeks) .

Cancellation policy:
  • cancellation more than 1 month before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 31st and the 10th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 10th and the 3rd day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
Cancellation is always possible free of charge in urgent circumstances (e.g. with a doctor's certificate, employer's certificate)
