Beautiful and centrally located penthouse between Puerto Banus and Estepona with 2 sunny terraces and jacuzzi on the roof terrace. The apartment is located 1 km from Costalita beach and less than 1 km from several supermarkets, restaurants etc.

The apartment complex is completely closed and very safe. The apartment overlooks the beautiful garden with communal swimming pool, which is surrounded by the most beautiful flowers, plants and trees. There is a parking space for the car under the complex.

There is also always a concierge present. In short, a lovely apartment with all facilities, such as jacuzzi, BBQ, 2 sunny terraces. and a lovely swimming pool. It is an oasis of peace and yet close to all tourist attractions. Puerto Banus, beaches, San Pedro, Marbella, Estepona are all a short distance away.

My name is Inge de la Fuente. I live in Rotterdam with my husband and three children. We have a law firm in Rotterdam and Malaga and regularly travel to Spain for holidays, business or family visits. We really enjoy the apartment and the surroundings.

It is a wonderful place with lots of choices, beach, shopping, mountains, restaurants, horse riding, tennis, golf. Basically everything you expect from a holiday. We would like to share our experience with you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 15% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
