The lovely apartment is located in the beautiful Amatista complex, close to the beautiful beaches/harbour of Cabo Pino and Elvira (5 minutes by car). Swimming pools are open during the summer months!
The umbrellas are at your disposal free of charge (in the basement box there are beach chairs/beach equipment). In the summer there is a pool boy present for the safety of your children. Of course, you can also go to one of Marbella's beautiful beaches!

The comfortable bed in the master bedroom ! Bed is B180XL200 cm, so no Spanish sizes (bed is a KING size).
Here you sleep well, the complex is quiet and you can hear the birds! From this room you have garden/sea view. There are also 2 built-in wardrobes, nice and spacious! Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning!

The guest room with 2 beds , ideal for 3 people. The sizes are: Bed 1-person B90XL200 cm and Bed 2-person B150XL200. Ideal for guests or children! There is also a baby bed in the basement box.
And again a large built-in closet! There are different pillows and blankets for your comfort! This bedroom also has its own air conditioning hot/cold!

THE ROOF TERRACE! Beautiful, beautiful, quiet, private and yet close to Marbella, here you can sit outside, eat, read, play or whatever you feel like !! Nothing is mandatory, enjoy and ENJOY YOUR ESCAPE TODAY!!
And then delicious BBQ (gas)! Here you can sit privately and in the shade at the end of the afternoon, which is cooling.

Our house is on the ground floor. The upstairs neighbors are not often present.
Swimming pool is nice and quiet and beautifully situated.

Second pool (out of 3) is nicely sheltered, and you often have a great time for yourself.

When the weather is clear we can see the coast of Morocco.
This is the entrance to our apartment. The car can be parked on the road. With an access code you simply open the gate.
This bedroom has 2 single beds. Can be placed separately from each other or can be used as a double bed.
We have free wifi and have Dutch, German, English TV and radio channels.
The nice terrace is covered which is very nice. You can choose the sun or shade all day long.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sunset.
Also inside you can see the sea from the bank.
Our apartment is wonderfully cool and light through the patio. There is also air conditioning which also in the cooler months, which are almost not there, also use as heating.
Our kitchen is simple but has everything you need. A ceramic hob, a convection oven to occasionally prepare something simple and enjoy the sunset on our terrace.
In addition to a fridge / freezer and microwave, we also have a washing machine. Detergent is available and can be used as usual.
The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes. Very handy for your own stuff.
This bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet and two sinks. Enough closet space for your own things.
Bedroom 2 has a bathroom ensuite.

This bathroom also has a shower and bath.
A nice beach and nice beach bar can be found at Cabopino Beach. This is only 10 minutes from our apartment.
One of the 4 swimming pools. These are always quiet even in high season.
One of the swimming pools also has a paddling pool for the little ones.
There is a green and blooming park between the pools. Ideal for example to play with children.
Do you enjoy walking along the sea? By car you are there in 5 minutes. You can also do it on foot. Along the beach you have kilometers of wooden walkways.
The many white mountain villages are worth a visit. Think of Mijas Pueblo
You can walk very well through the dunes at Cabopino.
A must to do is discover Mijas Pueblo with a tuk tuk
Our urbanization is very well taken care of by the gardener.
Delicious paella food at one of the many restaurants on the beach.
The little harbor at Cabopino. Again a number of restaurants. It is 5 minutes by car, but can also be walked over the wooden walkway.
There are enough beaches to discover.
Next to the beach our apartment is ideally located to make many trips and visit beautiful cities in Andalusia. Eg Ronda.
