Welcome to Retiro de Playa, a renovated holiday home in a unique location – right on the beach of Algarrobo Costa. Wake up to the sound of the sea and walk straight onto the beach from your bed!
The house occupies three floors and features a spacious terrace with panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. Everything you need is provided: (beach) towels, bed linen, a washing machine and free High-speed fiber optic internet.
Thanks to its central location , a car is not necessary. Within walking distance you will find numerous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
Classification
Ground floor:
Through the main entrance you enter the cozy dining room with air conditioning and dining table for six. Enjoy sea views through the patio door and window.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob and all necessary kitchen utensils.
First floor:
The stairs take you to the living room (with air conditioning) with triple sofa, smart TV and international channels (English, German, Spanish). Dutch channels can be streamed from your mobile. From the living room you can step onto the balcony with a beautiful view.
Bedroom 1 (with air conditioning) has two single beds and plenty of closet space.
Ensuite bathroom with sink and shower. The toilet is separate.
Second floor:
Here you will find a coffee roomwith an extra fridge and washing machine.
Through this space you enter the large sun terrace with lounge area, sunbeds and relax chairs – ideal for enjoying sun and sea views.
Bedroom 2 (with air conditioning) has two single beds of 80x200 cm that can easily be linked together to form a spacious double bed and spacious closets.
Bathroom 2 with shower, sink and toilet.
