Located approximately 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport. The villa is about 25 minutes from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous tranquility at the villa, as well as the beach and the boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front of the door, centrally located one kilometer from Los Romanes center and a few restaurants and less than 5 minutes by car from Viñuela.
The single-storey villa has an area of about 150 m2 and a beautiful view over Lake Vinuela and the surrounding mountains. On the huge terrace is a swimming pool (720 x 420 x (110-180)) with enough sunbeds to enjoy the tranquility and the breathtaking views. The views are even more beautiful from the spacious roof terrace. There is also a barbecue. Enough shade can be found on the veranda with the lounge set.
The site is completely walled and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate and parking for several cars.
Three bedrooms with plenty of fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Semi-open kitchen with all amenities. IPTV with all Dutch channels (and more) in the living room, with fireplace and air conditioning. WIFI (fast fiber optic connection).
The spacious living room has a large 5-person L sofa and a relax chair, a fireplace and air conditioning. The dining table is also in the living room. Through the living room there is access to the veranda through large sliding glass doors.
From the half-open kitchen there is a view to the living room through the half bar. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, all cooking utensils and ample cupboard space.
There are three bedrooms with double beds and spacious fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms have air conditioning and electric heating panels.
Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has a beautiful view of the swimming pool, mountains and the lake! And also direct access to the veranda via the sliding door.
The necessary linen is available in every room (sheets, (beach) towels).
A baby cot and high chair can be placed on request.
