The house "Joli" has 6 rooms (100 m2) on two floors. Both floors have their own front door, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a balcony. All windows have shutters. The interior is light, attractive and contemporary with a touch of Spanish solidity.

Top floor
Hall, living room with sitting area, SMART TV with soundbar and air conditioning. A sliding door gives access to the conservatory. The conservatory has two leather chairs and a dining table. Open kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with bath, toilet and vanity unit.

Spacious entrance hall, games room with pool table and dart board. Sliding doors give access to a balcony with dining/lounge set. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.

Bedroom Israels: 1x double bed (150x200), wardrobe, seat and shutters


Description outside

The house is closed with a gate and a garden wall. There is a private covered parking space with sliding gate. There are cameras and there is an alarm system. You reach the house via a staircase. At the pool there are 6 sun loungers, a bistro and lounge chairs are available that can be placed as desired. A staircase takes you to the basement. On the balcony in the basement there is a lounge set and a barbecue.


Facilities: washing machine, drying rack, iron, high chair, cot, fans (3 units), WIFI in the house and at the swimming pool.

Important: The house is very centrally located, but because of the steep roads a car is a must! Because of the stairs, the house is unsuitable for the disabled and with toddlers (and toddlers without a swimming certificate) you have to be careful.
