We are Elisabeth Tanja and Corine. Mother and her two daughters. Our house in Spain has always been inhabited by our parents, wonderfully hibernating but also spending nice summers about 10 months a year they lived in Spain. The house was built by our parents and they were able to express their specific wishes here. Such as an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower. We like it when other people can also enjoy this unique place as my parents did.

Las Rocas is located on a cul de sac in the foothills of the Monduver (mountain), an attractive villa with five bedrooms 1 with balcony overlooking the hills on the other side of the valley. The villa is located 1 1/2 miles from the place Barx, where a restaurant and also a few shops where you can go for your basic needs, for more extensive shopping is a large coastal town of Gandia fingertips. The interior is luxurious and comfortable living / dining room has a sliding façade at the pool / terrace at the front. The kitchen is well equipped and has a sliding door to the south terrace, where a marble table and chairs overlooking the valley. The pool is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue to enjoy life outside. Also at the pool area to a shower in privacy to shower under the blue sunny sky or stars. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed plus full bathroom with tub and separate shower and toilet.De two bedrooms upstairs have twin beds and a cot, all with double glazing for year round comfort and central heating. There is a full bathroom separate shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet, on the first floor. The lower house has 2 bedrooms and bathroom. All rooms are equipped vliegenhorren.De garden and the terraces are paved with flagstones, around the pool is a lawn. There is a separate utility room with microwave and washing machine. There is sufficient space on the driveway for several cars. This region is plenty to do for the whole family: the choice between long sandy beaches for those who love sunbathing or swimming in the sea, the wonderful mountain scenario for walks and beautiful old villages LOCATION: 1.5 miles southeast of Barx (most facilities). 13 km northwest of Gandia (all facilities, beach). 65 km south of Valencia. 120 km north of Alicante (all facilities, airports, car rental).
