Description inside
The house "Joli" has 6 rooms (100 m2) spread over two floors. Both floors have their own front door, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a balcony. All windows are equipped with shutters. The interior is characterized by light, attractive and contemporary with a touch of Spanish solidity.

Top floor
Hall, living room with sitting area, SMART-TV with soundbar and air conditioning. A sliding door gives access to the conservatory. In the conservatory there are two leather chairs and a dining table. Open kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with bath, toilet and vanity unit.

Van Gogh bedroom: 1 x 2-pers. bed (180x 200) fan, built-in wardrobe and shutters

Basement description:
Spacious entrance hall, games room with pool table and dart board. A sliding door gives access to a balcony with dining/lounge set. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.

Bedroom Gabriël: 1x double bed (140x190), wardrobe, sitting area and shutters
Bedroom Israëls: 1x double bed (150x200), wardrobe, sitting area and shutters


Description outside

The house is closed with a gate and a garden wall. There is a private covered parking space with sliding gate. There are cameras and an alarm system. A staircase leads to the house. At the pool there are 6 sun loungers, a bistro set and lounge chairs are available that can be placed as desired. A staircase leads to the basement. On the balcony in the basement there is a lounge set and a barbecue.


Facilities: washing machine, clothes rack, iron, high chair, cot, fans (3 pieces), WIFI in the house and by the pool.

Important: The house is very central, but due to the steep roads a car is a must! Due to the stairs, the house is unsuitable for the disabled and toddlers (and preschoolers without a swimming certificate) have to be careful.
