Our villa is our 2nd place since 2025, which we also want others to enjoy when we can't be there. As an architect, 3D specialist and experienced do-it-yourselfers, handymen, we have completely transformed the inside into Ibiza style in 9 weeks, but also left some typical Spanish classic elements as they are. Everything has been modernized from new air conditioning, boiler, large TV to kitchen equipment and nice lounge set to enjoy the beautiful view.
In 2026 at the end of April new terrace/shower.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

With all cancellations you will always get the deposit back, after all, that deposit is for damage and energy.
Energy costs above 70 euros/week will be deducted from the deposit according to consumption. We can demonstrate this via our iberdrola app. Of course, if we see excessive use, we will warn you during your stay with any tips on how to prevent this.
Any damage caused will be deducted from the deposit.

Pay a lot of attention to the bouclé fabric in the living room. DO NOT drink wine or eat there. Spill it once and it's done and you can hardly get it clean, if at all. Eat and drink elsewhere!
Cats are absolutely not allowed due to our family's allergy to them. It can take months to figure it out. Dog is possible in consultation.
Do not put on loud music or keep talking loudly for a long time. The entire urbanization takes each other into account here and even legally it must be quiet after 10 pm. It is big, which is not so bad in practice.

Additional information

There is so much to see from beach, castles, city to mountains! Besides having a drink on a terrace in Gandia every day, you can choose what you want, to cities such as Gandia, Velancia, Denia or Allicante. If you want to go to the beach, you can go to Gandia beach, Daimus fifteen minutes away or Denia a little further. Do you want to dive nature even from rocks (safely!) There are at least 4 waterfalls nearby from 20 minutes but usually 50 minutes drive. Pou clar for example.
