This property is located on a mountain in Ador, near Gandia on urbanization Monte Corona.
Very quiet area to enjoy a well-deserved holiday.
The property also offers views over the beautiful mountains.

Each room has its own air conditioning. This can both cool and heat.

The house offers space for 6 people and is equipped with 7 sleeping places and 1 bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, there is also plastic cutlery, plates and cups for children, a combination microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, hob, coffee maker and kettle. There is also a Dolce-Gusto present.

Living room has a large corner sofa with TV+Chromecast that can be controlled from the phone/laptop.

The bathroom has bath and shower in 1.


1 bedroom has a double bed of 1.80.
In this bedroom there is also a baby bed. This is in the wardrobe.

2nd bedroom has 1 bunk bed and a duo bed of which the bottom is 1.40.
In this bedroom there is also a high chair in the closet for possible use at the dining table.

There is also a covered outdoor terrace that can be accessed from the living room.

Outside there is room to lie on the sunbeds after a lovely dip in the pool. Outdoor shower is also available. Swimming pool is heated from May to September as standard. Outside this period, we charge a fee. Depending on the time of year, this will be calculated.


The house is about an hour's drive from Valencia airport.

The nearest beach in Gandia is 15 Kilometer drive from the house. There is also a very nice boulevard with various eateries and shops.

The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive from the house. This supermarket is located in Villalonga.
