The house is located 900 m from Playa de la Barrosa. Within a gated community with many gardens, 4 community pools, paddle tennis and basketball. With private security. The house is very quiet, everything is on the ground floor with a roof terrace from which you can see the sea.

It is furnished and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace. La Barrosa Beach has been classified as one of the best in Spain. There is a golf course nearby, one of the best in Spain. The area also has numerous supermarkets, hotels and high-end restaurants. The house is furnished with sheets and towels and a beautiful porch overlooking the garden. It is a semi-detached house so it only has one neighbor next door. It has enough privacy.

Room 1 has two single beds and a double bed. Room 2 has a double bed and the bathroom is incorporated into the room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed. You can walk or bike to the beach, the beach is 8 km long, with a multitude of dunes, pine forests and nature. The house is surrounded by very well-kept and quiet community gardens. You can go up to the roof terrace which is totally private and from which you can see the sea.

We are a couple of architects who love Spain and more specifically Andalusia.
We currently live in Holland but we like to go to Spain almost whenever we can.
For us, Cadiz is the best area to spend the summer because the beaches are not crowded, the food and people are great and it is not as hot as the Mediterranean.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the reservation for any reason, he must always confirm this to the owner by email (even if he has already communicated this by telephone, for example). The owner will charge the following amounts, depending on the written cancellation date of the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free
cancellation between 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only informs the owner on the start date or during the rental period that he will not (no longer) use the rented object, he remains responsible for the full rental price.
