The house is in a closed complex with swimming pool for adults and children. This beautiful corner house has no less than 3 terraces, a small balcony with a view over the river and hinterland, a small private garden for privacy and a very large communal garden with swimming pools. You have a beautiful view of the river from the front and back of the house. The charming 3-storey property has a great location near the border with Portugal and is ideal for active families or friends. There is plenty to do.

Visit two countries and fully enjoy the beautiful landscapes, exceptional gastronomy and the great beaches of the Costa de la Luz; it's all possible. The enthusiast can hit a ball on the adjacent golf course and the beautiful landscape offers beautiful hiking trails. You can also windsurf in the area.

The house has air conditioning or a ceiling fan (1 bedroom) almost everywhere for cooling during hot summers and the holiday home offers free WiFi. The well-equipped kitchen offers you the chance to prepare delicious meals and the upper terraces overlooking the river and garden provide an ideal quiet moment before the end of the day with the setting sun. You also have your own parking space on site.

Hello. I am Robert and proud owner of this beautiful house with formidable views of the border of Spain and Portugal. From my house you can view the river Guadiana and therefore also see Portugal. And of course enjoy the advantages of both countries. For example, I always fly to Faro (P) because it is less than 45 minutes away. The region is popular for sailors, surfers, golfers and bon vivants. It is not super busy with Northern Europeans and I find that charming!

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
