Our apartment is located in the quiet, cozy and beautiful Atalaya complex in Mojácar Playa.
It has a beautiful view of the Mojácar coastline.
This modern apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons.
There are 2 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed, 1 room with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms, it has a very spacious terrace (> 50 m²) with a beautiful 180 ° sea view and a view of the swimming pool.

The complex has panoramic lifts, a large outdoor pool with separate children's pool, a heated indoor pool with Jacuzzi (open from 15/9 to 15/6) and beautiful gardens.

It is located 250 meters from Mojácar Golf Club and 650 meters from Cueva del Lobo beach with a typical chiringuito (beach bar). A little further you have several stand restaurants. some do this on foot, others take the car.

At a short distance you will find:
- The bustling part of Mojácar Playa with its beautiful pedestrian promenade, many eateries and trendy bars.
- Mojácar pueblo (one of the most beautiful white villages in Spain!)
- The Garrucha marina (with its many fish restaurants).
Within a few kilometers there are three golf courses, two marinas, go-kart track and a water park. Within 20 km begins the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata (UNESCO World Heritage!) With beautiful pristine beaches and crystal clear waters.

The apartment is located only 45 minutes from Almeria airport. Murcia's new airports in Corvera (1 hour) and Alicante (2 hours) are also easily accessible.
