Sant Carles de la Rápita is a cozy bathing and fishing town that borders the nature reserve "Delta del Ebro" on the Costa Daurada.

Apartment 2:
You step through the sliding doors of the living room onto the sun terrace, where you can enjoy a fabulous view over the sea.
The terrace is equipped with an awning and teak furniture with adjustable chairs and lovely cushions.
The living room has a nice sofa, a separate armchair and a dining area.
In addition to the Spanish channels, the large color television with Canal Digital decoder also offers you most Dutch television and radio channels. There is wifi everywhere in the apartment.
Everything can be closed with shutters. There is a sunshade on the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities. Fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, coffee maker, kettle, etc., a full inventory for a comfortable stay.
The double bedroom has 1 double bed. In winter with fine duvets, in summer with cool fresh sheets. Reading light and socket directly at the bedside tables for your mobile devices.
A spacious wardrobe closet. Sufficient towels are also provided. (No beach towels).
The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower, 1 washbasin with mirror and mirror lighting, and a toilet.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, which is at your disposal during your stay completely free of charge.
In the garden you will find the private swimming pool where you can swim your laps, complete with sofa and waterfall.
1 small pet is allowed on the property, except in the garden by the pool , at an additional cost of €25 per stay, provided it is kept on a lead and does not cause a nuisance
We do not charge cleaning costs or a deposit, but we do expect our tenants to leave the rented apartment in an orderly and tidy condition upon departure.
In the unlikely event that something should be broken, broken or lost, we request that you report this to the manager. Together with you, he or she will determine the damage and assess whether or not it should be compensated.
It is not allowed to smoke in our apartments.
It is not allowed to charge electric or hybrid cars on our electricity grid.
There are supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The distance to the center is approx. 500 mtr.
