SPAIN Costa Dorada: Casas Sitori ground floor apartment near the beach (50 meters) Sant Carles de la Rápita.
Sant Carles de la Rápita is a pleasant seaside and fishing town that borders the nature reserve "Delta del Ebro" on the Costa Daurada.
The apartment consists of:
- Living room/dining room
- Bedroom (2 x single bed), bed linen is provided
- Kitchen
- Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, towels are provided, no beach towels.
- Large sun terrace
- Use of the shared garden
- Private swimming pool 13m x 4m
- Parking for 1 car on site
Apartment 1:
A spacious living room directly on your own terrace. You can step through the sliding doors onto the sun terrace, equipped with teak patio furniture with soft cushions.
There is a nice sofa in the living room. Which can also be used as a sofa bed.
The large color television with Canal Digital decoder offers you, in addition to the Spanish channels, also most Dutch television and radio channels. There is WiFi everywhere in the apartment.
There is an extra terrace on the side of the kitchen. Everything can be closed with shutters. There is an awning on the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities. Fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc., a complete inventory for a comfortable stay.
The double bedroom has 2 single beds. In winter with nice duvets, in summer with cool fresh sheets. Reading light and socket directly at the bedside tables for your mobile equipment.
A spacious wardrobe closet. There are also plenty of towels provided. (No beach towels).
The bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and has a nice walk-in shower, 1 sink with mirror and mirror lighting, and a toilet.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, which is available to you free of charge during your stay.
In the garden you will find the private swimming pool where you can swim laps, complete with bench and waterfall.
1 small pet is allowed on site, except in the garden by the pool , at an additional cost of €25 per stay, provided it is kept on a leash and does not cause any nuisance.
We do not charge cleaning costs or a deposit, but we do expect our tenants to leave the rented apartment in an orderly and tidy condition upon departure.
In the unlikely event that something breaks, breaks or is lost, we request that you report this to the manager. He or she will determine the damage together with you and assess whether or not it should be compensated.
Smoking is not allowed in our apartments.
It is not permitted to charge electric or hybrid cars on our electricity grid.
There are supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The distance to the center is approximately 500 meters.
