Beautiful holiday home/villa located in a quiet street 5 km from Cambrils on the Costa Dorada. Beautiful sandy beaches 1.5 km away. House fully equipped: large private pool, garage, large garden with olive trees and palms.

3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed. 2 bathrooms and an outside shower next to the pool. Large kitchen fully equipped with all possible kitchen utensils (previously my mother's house), with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. Living room with large TV with Canal Digital connection with Dutch channels (including Ziggo and ESPN 1) and International channels, 2 large comfortable sofas. Patio at the front, always cool and suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinner outside.

Villa Familia is located in a quiet wooded area.
There are very nice hiking trails in the nearby mountains (Sierra del Mestral). Ermita de Santa Marina is an ideal point to start or end a route. It has a restaurant and picnic areas to eat. Locals fill their water bottles here with the clean water from the mountains.
North and south of L'Ametlla de Mar are beautiful coves with clear water and fine sand, such as the beach of Calafat, Cala Calafató and Cala Lo Ribellet.
From Villa Familia you can cycle many kilometers in the immediate vicinity between the orchards, through the fields and along the coast. The landscape is very varied.
There is a long-distance footpath along the beach.
