Spacious holiday home for 1 to 10 people. Only suitable for FAMILIES. (parents + children) Quiet location. (dead end street) Private swimming pool (4 by 7 meters) Several terraces (covered) and large enclosed garden. Suitable for 10 people. 2 floors: Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, medium/large fridge with 3 drawers freezer, washing machine, dishwasher) a living room with TV, dining room, 1 bedroom (2/3 persons) and a bathroom with shower /toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms, one with terrace, 1 bathroom with bath/shower - WC. Each room has large closets and a fan. Outdoor area: private swimming pool, garden furniture and BBQ area.
Parking for 3 cars. 1 free baby cot and free WIFI. Quiet area, green environment. 10 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches of Altafulla or Torredembarra. In the area there are many possibilities for excursions: Torredembarra, Altafulla, Cambrils, Tarragona, Portaventura, Salou, Reus, Montblanc, Barcelona (80 km), Delta Ebro, ...

Hello, we are Ulrike and Carlo and we have been living in Spain since 2009.

We welcome the guests personally. We provide the necessary explanation in Dutch, English, Spanish or French. We live in the village next door.

During the pool season we come to clean and check the pool 1 to 2 times a week.

During your stay we are available if you have any questions about the environment, shopping, restaurants, etc...

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Everything is included in the price except sheets/bath towels, tourist tax and final cleaning. Renting sheets and towels is possible at 10€/person or bring your own bed/bath linen. Tourist tax is 1 € / person from 16 years, with a mac. of 7 days.
Arrival possible from 4 pm, departure before 10 am. Pets on request. Electric vehicle consumption is charged separately.
Deposit 250€ to be paid on the spot in cash, together with the tourist tax and sheets/towels.
Payment: 30% upon booking, 70% 6 weeks before arrival. Payment by bank.

Cancel:

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
