Apartment Alegra
Is a spacious apartment with an unobstructed view of the large communal garden with swimming pool. Also a view of the pitch & putting course and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
The apartment is located on the 1st and top floor of a small-scale apartment complex.
You can relax on the large terrace (33 m2), which can be covered by awnings, and there is also a built-in BBQ.
3 Spacious bedrooms, 1 with a double bed.
the other 2 bedrooms with 2 x 1 bed each.
In the master bedroom:
Separate walk-in shower and bath, separate toilet, bidet and double sink in a spacious bathroom
The 2nd bathroom has a bath with shower, a sink and the washing machine and dryer.
Mosquito screens are available in all rooms, as is the air conditioning.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, refrigerator, freezer drawers, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave and electric hob with oven.

The apartment is located on a golf complex where it is also wonderful for non-golfers.
Unfortunately, the golf course and associated facilities are closed due to a lengthy takeover procedure.
The communal garden with swimming pool is well maintained.

There are several golf courses nearby, including Reus, Cambrils (par 3 course), Salou and Tarragona.
In l'Hospitalet there are partly covered padel courts.

Surroundings: The sandy beaches of Miami Playa and Hospitalet de l'Infant can be reached by car in 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and shops here. Lovely walking promenade and a quiet beach. Miami Playa was renovated a few years ago and equipped with cycle paths.
In Hospitalet de l'Infant there is the train station, close to the Mercadonna and Lidl supermarkets.
Bustling beach towns such as Cambrils and Salou can be reached in 20 minutes and have a beautiful boulevard with harbor and sandy beaches.
Reus and Tarragona, 30 minutes' drive away, have a lot of culture to offer in addition to restaurants. Barcelona and Valencia are fun city trips that can also be reached by train.
The train stops in the center of these cities.
In addition to the beautiful coast, the hinterland is definitely worth a visit. The mountains offer many opportunities for hikers and cyclists. A visit to the winegrowers of, among others, the Priorat is a welcome trip.
The Costa Dorada is rich in culture with many museums, churches, monasteries and castles.
The large amusement park Portaventura, including the Caribe Aquatic Park, is located near Salou.
And for enthusiasts there are nice markets in Hospitalet, Cambrils and Tarragona, among others.
There are various cycling routes, including routes verdes that run over the former railway tracks.
