Villa in a quiet location on the Costa Dorada in L'Ametlla de Mar in the urbanization Les Tres Cales. This detached villa is located on a natural gorge and large green area, has a tropically landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 700m2. The 120m2 villa is tastefully decorated with Mediterranean influences and no expense has been spared to ensure your holiday comfort is optimal.

Layout The living room is furnished with a dining area and a sitting area, Canal Digital TV with Dutch channels, 37 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. A double garden door gives access to the round covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool, equipped with a large wooden dining table with 8 chairs. A fully equipped semi-open kitchen opens onto the living room, equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glassware are plentiful. You can also count on sufficient table accessories. In a separate room you have a dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The central hallway gives access to one of the two bathrooms and the three bedrooms, one of which is en suite. This bedroom has two single beds (80x2.00m) and a fitted wardrobe, adjacent to a spacious bathroom with bath, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. The other two bedrooms have a shared second bathroom with bath, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. One bedroom has a double bed (1.40x2.00m) and a fitted wardrobe. The other bedroom also opens onto the covered terrace, has two single bunk beds (90x2.00), a wardrobe and provides sleeping comfort for 4 people. The bedrooms are all equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from June 1st to September 30th). Adjacent to the villa you have an outdoor shower room with cold and hot water.

The villa is surrounded by a tropical landscaped garden with lawn and palms. In the evening these are attractively illuminated. A large kidney-shaped private swimming pool (5x10m), with steps, inlaid with mosaic tiles, halogen lighting and an adjacent jacuzzi surrounded by sun terraces in natural stone. The villa has wooden garden furniture including sunbeds, all equipped with cushions, to increase your comfort. There is a permanent barbecue in the garden.

This villa has a high chair and cot (for a baby of max. 3 years). If you wish to make use of this, you must report this when booking. This service is free. The villa is secured with wrought iron grilles and shutters. There is room for two cars in the driveway within the enclosed garden.

The residential urbanization Les Tres Cales is located flat and bordering the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear water and fine sandy beaches. The Villa is located 2700m from the sea and from one of the bays with a fine sandy beach, Cala Forn.

Les Tres Cales has a small commercial center (600m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. Has a sporting zone (500m from the villa) with a restaurant, bar and covered terrace, equipped with mini football , pétanque field, playground, etc.

Les Tres Cales is located just 5 km from the picturesque and picturesque fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar (with all banking, shopping and catering facilities) to which it belongs. Surrounded by a Provencal green mountain range, a preserved tourist zone without mass tourism.
