This detached villa is located on a natural gorge and large green area, has a tropical landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 700m2. The 120m2 villa is attractively furnished with Mediterranean influences and no expense has been spared to optimally take care of your holiday comfort.
Layout The living room is furnished in a dining area and a sitting area, Canal Digital TV with Dutch channels, 37 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. A double garden door gives access to the round covered terrace overlooking the pool, equipped with a large wooden dining table with 8 chairs. A fully equipped semi-open kitchen opens onto the living room, equipped with 5 burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass crockery are abundantly present. You can also count on plenty of table accessories. In a separate room you have a dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The central hallway gives access to one of the two bathrooms and the three bedrooms, one of which is in suite. This bedroom has two single beds (80x2.00m) and a fitted wardrobe, adjacent to a spacious bathroom with bath, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. The other two bedrooms have a shared second bathroom with bath, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. One bedroom has a double bed (1.40x2.00m) and a fitted wardrobe. The other bedroom also opens onto the covered terrace, has two single bunk beds (90x2.00), a wardrobe and provides sleeping comfort for 4 people. The bedrooms are all equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from 01 June to 30 September). Adjacent to the villa you have an outdoor shower room with cold and hot water.
The villa is surrounded by a tropical landscaped garden with lawn and palms. In the evening, these are attractively illuminated. A large kidney-shaped private swimming pool (5x10m), with walk-in stairs, inlaid with mosaic tiles, halogen lighting and an adjoining jacuzzi surrounded by natural stone sun terraces. The villa has wooden garden furniture including sunbeds all with cushions, to increase your comfort. There is a barbecue in the garden.
In this villa you have a high chair and cot (for baby of max. 3 years). If you wish to make use of this, you must report this when booking. This service is free of charge. The villa is secured with wrought iron grills and shutters. There is space for two cars on the driveway within the fenced garden.

The residential urbanization Les Tres Cales is located flat and adjacent to the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches. The villa is located 2700m from the sea and from one of the coves with fine sandy beach Cala Forn.
Les Tres Cales has a small commercial center (600m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. It has a sports area (500m from the villa) with a restaurant, bar and covered terrace, equipped with mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc.
Les Tres Cales is located just 5 km from the picturesque and quaint fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities) to which it belongs. Surrounded by a Provençal green mountain range, it is a preserved tourist area without mass tourism.
