Mediterranean holiday villa with private pool, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an outdoor shower room. Attractive interior, located in a residential allotment close to the sea with its own tropical garden.

Villa located on the Costa Dorada in L'Ametlla de mar in the urbanization Calafat. Just 450m from one of the fine sandy beaches that can be found in the urbanization (Cala Calafat).

This detached villa is located in a tropical landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 700m. The 100m2 villa is attractively furnished and decorated with oriental influences, no expense has been spared to optimally take care of your holiday comfort.

Layout The living room has two different ceiling levels and is divided into a dining area and a sitting area, Canal Digital TV with Dutch channels, 46 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. Two double garden doors, one of which gives access to the covered side terrace with a large teak dining table (1.00x2.40m) with chairs and a second which gives access to the rear terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen has a 5 burner gas stove, microwave combi oven, fridge with three freezer drawers, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass crockery are abundantly present. You can also count on plenty of table accessories. In a separate room you have a dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The central hallway gives access to the 3 bedrooms and the indoor bathroom. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds (90x2.00m). The third bedroom has a sofa bed (1.60x2.00m). The bedrooms are all equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from 01 June to 30 September). The indoor bathroom is equipped with bath, 2 sinks, toilet and hairdryer. Adjacent to the villa you have an outdoor shower room, the shower has hot and cold water, the sink has cold water.

Around the villa are 250m2 terraces laid out in natural stone. The swimming pool (7x3.5m), inlaid with mosaic tiles and equipped with halogen lighting. Adjacent to the terraces are large flower boxes with tropical plants and palm trees. In the evening they are attractively lit. The villa has garden furniture consisting of teak dining tables, wooden sunbeds all with loose cushions and a large U-shaped lounge area to chill out in. All this to increase your comfort. Adjacent to the covered terrace with dining table is a fixed barbecue.

In this villa you have a high chair and cot (for baby of max. 3 years). If you wish to make use of this, you must report this when booking. This service is free of charge.

The villa is secured with iron grills and wooden shutters on all windows and doors. There is space for 2 cars to park within the fenced garden.

The Calafat residential urbanization is located flat and adjacent to the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches, with its own marina Port Calafat and bay with fine sandy beach Calafat. Calafat has a small commercial center (500m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, a sports area equipped with tennis, squash, mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc.

Calafat is located just 7 km from the picturesque and quaint fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all the bank, shop and catering facilities) to which it belongs. Surrounded by a Provençal green mountain range, a preserved tourist area without mass tourism, the beaches and coves are not overcrowded, you will find a nice balance between sun and sea, man and nature.
