Villa located on the Costa Dorada in L' Ametlla de mar in the urbanization Calafat. Villa is located in a cul-de-sac adjacent to a green area just 300 m from the beach (Cale Llobeta).
This detached villa is located in a tropical landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 500m2. The 100m2 villa is attractively furnished with Mediterranean influences and no expense has been spared to optimally take care of your holiday comfort.
Layout The L-shaped living room is divided into a dining area and a sitting area, Canal Digital TV with Dutch channels, 46 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. The double garden door on the side gives access to the sun terrace overlooking the pool, equipped with a large lounge seating area in L-shape to chill out in. The entrance door at the front opens onto the covered terrace, also overlooking the pool and is equipped with a large wooden dining table (2.60x0.78) with chairs. A spacious kitchen with 5 burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass crockery are abundantly present. You can also count on plenty of table accessories. The washing machine is located in a separate room in the courtyard and is also equipped with an ironing board and iron.
The central hallway gives access to the 3 bedrooms and the interior bathroom. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds (90x2.00m). The third bedroom has two single bunk beds (4 people) 90x 2.00m. The bedrooms are all equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from 01 June to 30 September).
The luxurious bathroom has 2 sinks, a rain shower, toilet and hairdryer. Tucked behind a bamboo forest in the garden, is the outdoor shower room with shower with hot and cold water, the sink with cold water.
Adjacent to the villa and the private pool are the terraces laid out in natural stone and surrounded by tropical plants. In the evening they are attractively lit. From the front and side terraces you have a view of the swimming pool (8x4m), with wide walk-in stairs, inlaid with mosaic tiles and equipped with halogen lighting. The villa has wooden garden furniture, sunbeds and a large lounge seating area, all with loose cushions, to increase comfort. In the garden, behind a bamboo forest and adjacent to the kitchen, there is a fixed outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink. The dining table and chairs from under the covered terrace can also be used at the barbecue area. The sandy path in the green zone, which runs behind the plot, you are 300 meters from the beach (Cala Llobeta).
In this villa you have a high chair and cot (for baby of max. 3 years). If you wish to make use of this, you must report this when booking. This service is free of charge. The villa is secured with iron grills and wooden shutters on windows and doors.
The Calafat residential urbanization is located flat and adjacent to the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches, with its own marina Port Calafat and bay with fine sandy beach Calafat. Calafat has a small commercial center (400m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, a sports area equipped with tennis, squash, mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc.
