Villa located on the Costa Dorada in L' Ametlla de mar in the urbanization Calafat. Villa is located in a cul-de-sac adjacent to a green area just 300 m from the beach (Cale Llobeta).

This detached villa is located in a tropical landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 500m2. The 100m2 villa is tastefully decorated with Mediterranean influences and no expense has been spared to optimally take care of your holiday comfort.

Layout The living room in L-shape, is divided into a dining area and a sitting area, Canal Digital TV with Dutch channels, 46 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. The double garden door on the side gives access to the sun terrace with a view of the pool, with a large lounge seating area in L-shape to chill out. The entrance door at the front opens onto the covered terrace, also overlooking the swimming pool and has a large wooden dining table (2.60x0.78) with 8 chairs. A spacious kitchen with 5 burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass service are abundantly available. You can also count on plenty of table accessories. The washing machine is located in a separate room in the courtyard and is also equipped with an ironing board and iron.

The central hallway gives access to the 3 bedrooms and the indoor bathroom. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds (90x2.00m). The third bedroom has two single bunk beds (4 persons) 90x 2.00m. The bedrooms are all equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from 01 June to 30 September).

The luxurious bathroom has 2 sinks, a rain shower, toilet and hair dryer. Hidden behind a bamboo forest in the garden, is the outdoor shower room with sink, equipped with hot and cold water.

Adjacent to the villa and the private swimming pool are the terraces laid out in natural stone and surrounded by tropical plants. In the evening they are attractively illuminated. From the front and side terraces you have a view of the swimming pool (8x4m), with wide walk-in stairs, inlaid with mosaic tiles and equipped with halogen lighting. The villa has wooden garden furniture, sunbeds and a large lounge area, all with cushions, to increase comfort. In the garden, behind a bamboo forest and adjacent to the kitchen, there is a fixed outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink, an additional table and chairs. The sandy path in the green zone, which runs behind the plot, allows you to reach the beach (Cala Llobeta) 300 meters.

In this villa you have a high chair and cot (for baby of max. 3 years). If you wish to make use of this, you must mention this when booking. This service is free of charge. The villa is secured with iron grills and wooden shutters on windows and doors.

The residential urbanization Calafat is located flat and bordering the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches, with its own marina Port Calafat and bay with fine sandy beach Calafat. Calafat has a small commercial centre (400m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, a sports area with tennis, squash, mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc.

Calafat is located just 7 km from the picturesque and quaint fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities).
